Animal Management Centre Upgrade

Our Animal Management Centre on Queens Road is long overdue for an upgrade and renewal. The staff there work very hard to reunite furbabies with the families and keep our four legged friends safe when they manage to get out of the yard.

I supported the renovation and renewal project of the Animal Management Centre which is due to be deliver by 2021.

Wildlife Corridors

I was a strong advocate and support for the protection and consolidation of wildlife corridors throughout the city and supported the policies and procedures that established an evidence based priority list for Council to acquire environmentally significant land as it became available.
